Tungsten carbide saw tips for saw blade are used for cutting wood, metal, or other hard material. They can be hand-operated or power-driven. Our saw tips are used in surface processing of cast irons, colored metal, and alloys, as well as nonmetal materials for hard metal, carbide rough turn, rough planning, and precision milling.

Concerning solid cemented Tungsten carbide saw tips for woodworking circular saw blade, there is a range of grades for saw tips covering most applications.  Grade K10 gives a strong performance with both soft and hardwoods.K20 with excellent wear resistance and strong rigidity is suitable for the machining of wood or pallet busting and for raw timber. For ferrous metal cutting applications, we offer alternative grades, too. Other grades for specialist applications are available by special order.

The carbide saw tip is with coated Ni or sandblasting and is brazed/welded into Circular Saw Blade to Cut varieties of woods or other approximate materials
